day 3: your idea of the perfect first date

hmm.

i think this is difficult because usually you can't find perfection on a first date...

you're just barely getting to know someone!

so i guess that's part of what would make a perfect first date--

an instant connection and being way comfortable right away.

as far as first date activities...

anything interactive.

as in, not movies or anything you just sit and watch.

but rather, something where you can talk and play and laugh together :)

there should also be food...

because food is always good :)

especially when someone else is paying ;)

although it does not have to be expensive haha :)

so...

i guess i'm not very specific about what i'd want for a perfect first date.

oh well.

guess that's how i'm rolling at the moment :)

7 weeks

7 weeks of what you may ask?
ok i'll tell you.

exercising.
EVERY day.
minus sundays.
for at least 30 minutes.

and i haven't even missed one day.

yeahh i'm basically proud of myself, so i thought you should all know...
so you could share in my joy with me

when i grow up

so i have this little paper thing i found yesterday...
it's in the shape of a star, has a picture of me in the middle,
and each point has a little tid bit of information about me.
oh yeah, and it's from 1996...
when i was 4 years old :)


the five points of the star say:

~pizza is her favorite food~

~"teach me to walk in the light" is her favorite primary song~

~her book of mormon hero is sariah (because she is a woman)~

~dressing up is what she loves to do~

and last.

~she wants to be a princess when she grows up~


well. i think i'll have to give up that occupation idea because i lack royal blood AND i don't know any princes...so i'm 0 for 2 in the prerequisites area.

HOWEVER.

it's okay because i have a new career path! or at least a path for the first semester of college! :D

i signed up for my classes promptly at midnight last night, as soon as i could :) and i got all the classes i want! they are:

.contemporary dance technique & theory 2.
.book of mormon.
.american heritage.
.intro to english language.
.spanish 206.
.student leadership development.

AH!
i'm seriously so excited.
only 47 more days til i start COLLEGE.
that is a beautiful thought :)

but for now, i'll continue to enjoy my summer...
hanging out with friends every night!
tonight i made new friends: cody and blake and nicole.
and then with them and josh and landon, we all sang while cody used his guitar skills :)
it was a fun night :)
